Nowadays almost every person, who spends some time on the Internet knows what blogging means. It has become extremely popular in the last few years, and there are literally millions of different, interesting blogs online. Blogging is quite well-known term today, but if you are still confused, then read on.

Blogging is basically the same as managing a website, but using nowadays tools, such Web 2.0, which allows you easily modify your blog and add content, pictures, video or anything else to it. Well-known blogging platforms are Wordpress and Blogger. If you register on one or both of those platforms, you will see what I am talking about. It’s really, really simple. No need to know html or any other web design terms.

Everyone likes free stuff, don’t they? If something is free you always want to take it, you always want to try it, don’t you? Same with blogging. Blogger and Wordpress has developed great blogging platforms and made it available to anyone by providing completely free registration. No monthly fees, no one-time fess, nothing. I don’t see any reason, why you shouldn’t register a blog for yourself today.

2. It’s Easy

I mentioned previously in my article that you don’t need any web design skills to manage a blog. There is no need to learn complicated stuff, such as HTML or PHP, or anything else which sounds like rocket science to you. All you need for blogging is Internet connection, computer, mouse and keyboard. Ooops, almost forgot….And a monitor.

3. Money, money, money

Who wants to make money nowadays? Everyone! Find me a person, who doesn’t need money, and I will cut my ear. Seriously, everyone needs money and there can never be enough of it. If you want to make money online, then blogging is actually a great way to do it. There are different ways how you can profit from your blog: you can use AdSense, or affiliate networks or sell advertising space on your blog. However, before you can get cash out of your blog, you need to develop it and have a consistent flow of traffic.
